Are you ready to move from renting to owning your own home? Join us for our First-Time Homebuyer Workshop, where we’ll provide essential tips and resources to guide you through the homebuying journey. We bring together leading experts—including realtors, mortgage lenders, inspectors, and homeowner insurance professionals—who will walk you through every step of the process.
Each participant will receive a certificate of completion for the Home Stretch© course. Many first-time homebuyer mortgage programs require completion of a homebuyer education course as part of the approval process, and Mni Sota Fund’s First Time Homebuyer workshop is approved to meet this requirement.

Interested in buying a home but not sure you’re ready for the Homebuyer workshop? Contact us to work with a Housing Advisor 1:1. Together we’ll review your financial picture, discuss renting versus owning a home, and help you figure out what your budget could look like.
